Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational culture
Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, email, and social media
Ensure effective communication between management and employees, and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, or grievances, as well as establish investigation procedure and mechanism
Plan and organize employee events, such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs
Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement

事業内容
Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing株式会社（以下「JASM」）は、2021年11月にTSMCとソニーセミコンダクタソリューションズ株式会社（以下「SSS」）が共同で発表した、TSMCが過半数を出資する熊本県所在の子会社です。2022年4月より建設を開始しており、2024年末までに生産開始をめざします。半導体に対する世界的に旺盛な需要に対応することを目的に、月間生産能力は45,000枚（300mmウェーハ）となる見込みで、世界中の顧客にサービスを提供しています。

Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in employee communication, employee engagement, employee relations, employee experience, or HRBP related disciplines
Excellent in English and Japanese communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
